Free Delivery (Val de Vie & Pearl Valley) If you live locally, we offer free delivery straight to your door. It’s our way of supporting our local community.

Free Delivery on Orders Over R1000 – Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.

PUDO Locker (R79) – Collect your parcel from a nearby locker at a time that suits you. Perfect if you’re not always home during the day.

Pargo Collection Point (R80) – Pick up your order from a trusted local store or collection point near you.

Standard Courier Delivery (R95) – Have your order delivered directly to your home or office.

We’ve chosen these options so you can pick the delivery method that best suits your location, schedule, and budget. Because getting fun things for your kids should be simple.

We want you to love what you ordered from Cool Kidz Club. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange either an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the courier option selected, but most parcels arrive within 2–4 business days within South Africa.
