Shipping Overview
We can’t wait to get your awesome Cool Kidz Club goodies to you! Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work carefully packing your items with love and a sprinkle of imagination.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, there might be a short delay — but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
Shipping Within South Africa
We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Shipping Costs

Flat rate: R95

Free shipping: for orders over R 750
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey from our club to your doorstep!
Pre-Orders or Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, we’ll let you know the estimated delivery date before you pay — and keep you updated every step of the way.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We do our best to make sure your parcel arrives safely and on time. However, once it’s with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands. Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order — we want your goodies to reach you fast!
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. (But who knows? The Cool Kidz Club may go global soon!)
