Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Products
All product purchases from Cool Kidz Club are final.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Products may only be returned if they are:

Faulty

Damaged on arrival

Incorrect items received
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
If a return is approved:

A replacement will be offered where possible, or
-
A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may not be cancelled once production has started. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to change.
