All the fun things you see here — our logo, photos, product names, designs, and words — belong to the Cool Kidz Club.

We do our best to keep everything in stock and up to date, but sometimes popular items sell out fast.

If that happens after you order, we’ll let you know right away and help you choose something else, wait for restock, or get a refund.

When you place an order, please make sure all your details (like your name, address, and contact info) are correct.

All orders are subject to approval — if something doesn’t seem right (like suspected fraud), we may have to cancel it.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices can change from time to time — but don’t worry, the price you see at checkout is what you pay.

We only process orders once payment is received safely through our trusted payment partners.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We pack your goodies with care and ship them as quickly as possible! 

Delivery times are estimates and might vary depending on your location or courier delays.

Once your parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our trusted delivery partners — we’re not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

7. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not totally in love with your purchase, don’t worry — we accept returns and exchanges as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and within the 30 day return period.

8. Our Promise and Disclaimer

We always do our best to provide awesome products and smooth service.

But the website and everything on it are offered “as is” — that means we can’t guarantee it’ll always be perfect, error-free, or available 24/7.

If something breaks or goes wrong on the site, we’ll fix it as soon as we can.

9. Limitation of Liability

We want all our Cool Kidz (and grown-ups!) to have a happy shopping experience.

However, we can’t be held responsible for losses or damages that aren’t directly caused by us — like courier delays, technical issues, or incorrect use of products.

If we ever are found responsible for something, our total liability will never be more than the amount you paid for that order.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
